The guests displayed a wide variety of cultural dances and enactments to fight for the number one spot. The sound and lights along with the all new led cubes were provided by the 4 Seasons inventory.

We’ve designed a perfect venue for everyone to catch the football action and entertainment, throughout the entire season. Football fans from across the U.A.E are invited to arrive at the Media Rotana to enjoy the FIFA experience. Fully air conditioned, huge screens maxed out with LCD screens, surround sound and event a DJ to play mixes between the events.

4 Seasons Entertainment was commissioned to handle the entire event for the annual Dominos Financial and Diagnostic 2010. The event constituted with over 500 delegates from around India. With a myriad of entertainment options the event was a great success. 4 Seasons handled the entire stage, entertainment and Desert Camp aspects.
NEXUS
4 Seasons Entertainment and Events was commissioned by Nexus to organize their annual event. The entire event was organized by 4 Seasons which included their in-house equipment such as sound, lights and audio visuals. The event was also see with tons of winners, some of which bagged iPads and as part of the entertainment – sizzling hot salsa dancers along with some Indian Bollywood dancers.
SPT Middle East
SPT Middle East celebrated their 15th Anniversary on a grand scale together with the senior officials of their principals from Japan, Germany, India, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand, and their customers from all AGCC countries, Iran, Iraq & Jordan. The Chairman & Managing Director of SPT – Mr. P.R. Sudhakaran warmly welcomed all the guests. The event was inaugurated by the Consul General of Japan in Dubai – H.E. Seiichi Otsuka. Mr. Arun Bhasker, Business Head of PET & Dr. Rajesh Jalan, Senior Vice President- Technical of Reliance Industries Ltd., India, also made a presentation on ‘Emerging PET Packaging Scenario’. Brother
Brother International Corporation Gulf, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of printing, communication and digital imaging products for homes, SOHOs and enterprises, launched their new range of affordable and high-speed compact business colour printers and Multi-Function Centres (MFCs). 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events formulated an engaging event filled with excitement and enthusiasm. A world class illusionist unveiled the five printers out of thin air and had the guests in awe, followed by a presentation created in-house and a professional violinist to have the guests grooving immediately into the celebrations. There after, the DJ had the guests under his spell and had them dancing till their feet could handle no more.
Arjaan
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned by Arjaan to cater to their kids entertainment and game organizing for an entire day filled with surprises. The entire event was conceived within a short span of time and received tremendous kudos for the managerial team of Arjaan.
Samsung
With new products to display, 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organized the gala dinner for Samsung providing a list of entertainers and servicing the event with sound and light.
Foto Model Poland
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events supported the Miss Foto Model 2009 in the U.A.E by rendering the entire lighting and rigging for the glamorous event. 20 polish finalists displayed their flamboyant gowns with their mesmerizing and tranquilizing catwalks.
Petrochem
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned in handling the entire event for Petrochem. Once again the decor, sound, lights and games were organized internally. The guests were entranced as they entered the beautifully lit up ballroom and the DJ spun distinctive gypsy tunes with a perfect blend of urban and house grooves. The guests could no longer wait after the Award ceremony had finished to carry on to their gypsy ways!
Emirates Sembcorp
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned by Emirates SembCorp – Water & Power Company to organize the commemoration of their successful completion of the Plant Extension and the achievement of Project Commercial Operation Date.
Fox Movies – Star Wars
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events produced an innovative stall design for Fox Movies international in less than a week. The interior was embellished with a starry theme to recreate the spacey effect as seen in Star Wars, fully equipped with air conditioning and smoke effects. The entrance was equipped with a laser grid to create a typical ‘portal’ to another dimension. Guests were allowed to perform a custom engineered shoot for free and could take back home a memory or they could just loll around and relax onto the Fox Movies branded bean bags whilst playing a Star Wars game on a 50 inch plasma. With branded give aways such as T-shirts, caps, balloons and the striking Light sabers – a favorite amongst all ages, the entire exhibition was filled with Fox Movies apparel and accessories. With Darth Vader,Yoda and the Jedi Knight around the vicinity, it was impossible to miss the Fox Movies stall that attracted massive crowds between the 29th April – 2nd May
3i-Infotech
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events covered the 3i Infotech’s Meeting and Gala dinner with utmost precision. Managing two venues where the guests could finish off with the meeting and then head over smoothly to the gala dinner for a night filled with fun and entertainment. Awards molded in the distinctive Oscar manner were handed over to appointed ones to recognize their efforts. The entire setup of both venues were handled internally, with 4 Seasons providing their sound, lights, decor and audio visuals.
GISTEC 2009
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organizes for the third consecutive year the annual Gisworx 2009 for GISTEC held between the 15th-17th March 2009. The Exhibition opened on the first day to showcase GIS related software and hardware from an array of ESRI business and technology partners. Attendees had the chance to participate in more than 40 workshops of 90 minutes duration each on an extensive line of topics. The EGI (Excellence in GIS Implementation) Awards Ceremony and the Gala Dinner was held on the second day, March 16, 2009.
RTA
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organized the entire event by facilitating the necessary sound, lights, audio visuals and created a special area where details regarding the outlets were put up on easels for easing viewing. A special counter was prepared to educate prospective clients about the various offers.
New Year’s Eve
On New Year’s Eve, 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events provided the following over the entire U.A.E:
23 Bands (International and Regional) & 37 Artists (Dj’s, Dancers, Professional Illusionists). 29 Venues, over 60 supporting Staff and a total of 70,000 watts of sound provided.
Dry Docks
The entertainment division organized a merriment christmas party for the Dry Docks Dubai. With Jugglers, clowns, magicians and other fun characters around, the kids could not play favourites anymore! With the help of a professional game organizer, every child was a sure winner. Our face painters created adorable yuletide designs on the kids and the show stomper – Santa did’nt find a chimney to sneak through, but popped out from nowhere to surprise the 80+ measure of kids.
The Harbour Hotel
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events provided the sound, lights and a professional DJ to spin tracks varying in numerous genres for the versatile unit. With over 300 staff to embellish the event, the entire night was adorned with fancy decorations and season buntings. The Theme – The Journey. With the diverse staff assmebly, the dress code was either Individual’s National Attire / Smart Casual
AST
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events once again organized the annual staff party for AST. The entire evening was filled with fun activities, games and surprises. The MC organized challenging games for the young hearted and exciting plots for the toddlers. With temperatures dropping down in the UAE, our fireblowers heated the venue up with their stunning performances. With over 500 guests to entertain, the entire night past rapidly ensuring everyone had a great time. 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was responsible for providing the lighting, dancers, magician, MC, DJ, game organizer, face painters, bouncy castle and modestly handling the entire event.
Mars
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organized a Family Fun day outing for Mars – for the third year. Fun activities included items like a 14m huge slide, 12m long army track and a other skills activities made by assorted inflatables. Face painting and game organizing was also a part of the event. There were tons of games organized by multiple game orgnanizers. The entire day was filled with fun activities and the Staff as well as their kids had a great time!
Petrofac
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organized a lively annual staff gathering for Petrofac. Over 500 guests in attendance, dressed in formal attires were entertained with a flautist, guitarist in a clearsphere, a table-to-table magician, breath-taking dancers and our very own in-house DJ to spin the tracks for the guests. The event was covered on 2 big screens and the entire venue was filled with a gold diffuse.
SKM
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned to organize a fun and enjoyable evening at an outdoor event for the staff of SKM. With over 300 people, the entire night was filled with surprises and tons of entertainment that was provided by 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events. With the help of the MC, there were several spot prizes given away, games that had the staff interact with each and expressive entertainment to complete the experience.
The Habitat
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned to handle every aspect of ‘The Habitat’ launch. Keeping in mind the viridity, the entire venue was lit up with a touch of eco-friendliness. The launch was unveiled with a huge curtain drop that enraptured the audience. To further enhance the salient features of the building, a special concept was flown down from Australia, where by individuals could interactively experience the building with just the touch of a finger. The entire Sound, Lights, Audio Visuals, Stage, Hostesses and Decor was addressed by 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events. To further enhance the experience of the audience, 4 Seasons provided strolling arabic musicians, exotic dancers during the evening and a harmonious classical trio during dinner.
DGI
4 Seasons Travel Events, a subsidiary of 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned a 5 day MICE event for DGI – Digital Graphics International. 4 Seasons Travel Events organized the entire itinerary for the entire stay of the 60 and above delegates. The delegates were treated with the finest offerings in Dubai – from the most luxurious cruise – Bateaux Dubai, the oceanic tribute to a mythological age – Atlantis and the epitome of luxury, a lavish gala dinner at the world’s tallest 7 star hotel – Burj Al Arab. The entire five day conference went smoothly and the group hit their most entertaining night under the Arabian stars. 4 Seasons also provided one of the finest Jazz /Pop band in town called the Glenn Perry band.
Desert party was catered by 5 star hotel with entertainers such as Belly dancers, Arabic band. The desert was lit beautifully with ambient lights and branding for the clients. The guests stayed at the Madinat Jumeirah
Brother-Do More
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was more than honored to have launched the World’s First MFC Printer within the region for Brother. The entire night was filled with surprises-from the moment the guests entered. The theme: Do More. They were also greeted with magniloquent stilt walkers. As the guests entered, they were suddenly prefaced with a lively and rhythmic tap dancer. The guests immediately knew they were in for something big-something More. Once the product had been launched, the event mellowed down into a Events was responsible for managing the entire event and also provided the sound, ambient lighting and entertainers. To wrap things up, 4 Seasons also rendered a classical trio that performed during the dinner with their excellent repertoire of melodic compositions. Kudos to the Brother Team!
Jashn-E-Sufi
Voices touch. Voices move. But only rarely, does a voice surprise. Adil Hussaini’s voice does all of that. And more. 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events supported the event by providing their vast repertoire of Sound, Lights and Audio Visuals to complete the event. The Sufi singer enchanted the audiences with his much alike voice of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. The event proved a great success and probably has Adil coming in for another. Adil Hussaini has also been invited in the International Sufi Festival “Jahan-e-Khusro” by Muzaffar Ali (director Umrao Jaan) held in Delhi. He has performed alongside great artists such as Abeeda Parveen,Javed Jafferey and others
Turquoise-Waterfront
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was commissioned by Lighthouse Properties to handle their Turquoise Dubai Waterfront Prroperty Launch. Once again, 4 Seasons furnished the entire venue with their in-house lighting, sound and audio visuals bearing in the mind the color theme of the event. 4 Seasons was also responsible for providing the vast array of entertainers to keep the event smashing through the night. A perfect balance between Classical Entertainers and Trendy Dancers were maintained to create momentum.
Zipex
A new range of Zipex lubricants was launched in Dubai, as a result of a joint venture between Indonesian company Pertamina, the biggest producer and marketer of mineral lubricants in Southeast Asia and SK Energy, the biggest Korean producer and marketer of synthetic lubricants, in association with the Flow Trading LLC, the local partner. 4 Season Entertainment & Events produced a scintillating Product Launch for Zipex. 4 Seasons was also responsible the entire sound, mood lighting and decor production. Further more, 4 Seasons was also responsible for recreating the replica of the product and had it’s revealing was taken care with four-sizzling hot Salsa Dancers who pronounced the Kabuki Drop. The entire night there after was filled with a gorgeous hip-shaking Belly Dancer. The night then took off into some hypnotic club music that drove the people onto the dance floor and never let go!
Habtoor Grand
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events provided Habtoor Grand Hotel with over 200 Sofas and 100 Coffee tables for the Holy Month of Ramadan all in an elegant combination of Red and Beige. The client requested a custom size for their guests and 4 Seasons delivered all the requests in less that 8 working days.
Petrochem
A perfect night to spend at the ‘Club House’. 4 Seasons produced a fantastic Hawaiian theme party for Petrochem, Middle East. 4 Seasons conceptualized the entire event and perfect decor to go with. The entire night was filled with tons of fun. The authentic Hawaiian dancers set foot on dance floor to inspire the staff and in no time at all, it dragged the entire crowd – from there it was no sitting back. To top it off upon the client’s request, a special place was designated to perform the traditional Gokulashtami. The best men were gathered and took upon the challenge like professionals. In no time at all, this human pyramid had conquered what seemed an impossible stunt.
Cox & Kings
Cox & Kings is the longest established travel company in the world. Its distinguished history began in 1758 when it was appointed as general agents to the regiment of Foot Guards in India under the command of Lord Ligonier. 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events was assigned to handle the entire sound, lighting, stage and entertainers for their product launch, thereafter having one of our DJ’s to spin perfect tunes to get the guests dancing until late.
Golden Nest
Warm Yellows and Pinks. A perfect combination of elegance and boldness. 4 Seasons handled the entire lighting, decor and sound for Golden Nest Properties. 4 Seasons also provided Special Dancers, Pianists and a Violinist for this prominent event.
Falaknaz Pride
Falaknaz Pride is the debut project of the reputed HIJ Falaknaz Properties in the U.A.E. THe first among many high quality projects on the drawing board. Located band in the centre of the city, Falaknaz Pride enjoys pride of position in Ajman. Given only 2 days of preparation to finalize things like the venue and interior, 4 Seasons insured that time would not hinder their objective but instead make them diligent in gettings things accomplished in time and by making no comprimises on quality.
Saima
4 Seasons handled the entire sound, light and audio visual production for the Saima Property Launch. 4 Seasons also had a miniature fire display on stage to add to the overall theme. The entire event was covered with live feedback. 4 Seasons also provided the entertainers for the event.
GISTEC
GISWORX is the proactive technical support delivery mechanism for GISTEC. This annual event provides a unique in depth learning environment on different aspects of GIS to both beginners as well as advanced users through several technical workshops on focused topics. 4 Seasons was once again commissioned to do the complete staging, sound and lighting for the 4 Day event. 4 Seasons also produced an enthralling Digital Media production for the event that opened the Exhibition to give ESRI Users an overview of GISTEC’s functionality.
Hepworth
The entire event was conceptualized and produced by 4 Seasons Entertainment & Events. 4 Seasons also provided the sound, lighting and audio visuals for the event.
Ryman
4 Seasons provided their In-house, sound, lights and decor for the Ryman product launch. To further heat things up, 4 Seasons provided a fire-blower.
Brother
4 Seasons produced a glamorous gala dinner for Brother on their completion of 100 years. 4 Seasons produced a huge ice carving that spelt 100 years that caught everyone’s eye as they entered in the venue. The entire stage, lighting, sound, entertainment such as Salsa dancers, MC, Magician was provided by 4 Seasons.
Telangana
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events single wmanaged and organized the entire event for the Gulf Telangana Cultural Association. 4 Seasons also provided their in-house lights, sound and audio visuals. Major sponsors such as Air Arabia, Al Kanz Group, Emirates – India International Exchange also supported this event.
The guests were moved by all the cultural activities that were taking place within the Venue (Al Nasr Leisure Land) and there were many souvenirs for the guests to take back with. The show motivated the people to support the Telangana Movement. Over 800 people to support the movement and a perfect house full!
AMI
4 Seasons organized the entire staff party for AMI (Applied Marketing Investments). Mini laser shows, moon lights for outdoor decor, belly dancers, deejay, live band and many other elements were provided solely by 4 Seasons.
Al Futtain
4 Seasons Entertainment & Events organized the Annual Staff-Family Fun day for Al Futtaim. 4 Seasons successfully managed the entire event by providing their in-house sound, lights, audio visual and backdrop. 4 Seasons also provided the children with fun activities such as bouncy castles, henna artists, hair braiding, kid rides, magic show, face painting, clowns, jugglers and other activites. For the Staff of Al Futtaim, 4 Seasons organized the Award Ceremony and provided gorgeous dancers as entertainment for the day.
Xerox
4 Seasons did the entire logistics and production of the Xerox Staff Party. 4 Seasons did the entire transfers, tent setting-up, sound and lighting for the entire camp site. 4 Seasons also arranged a multitude of entertainers for the guests. As they entered the camp site after the desert safari, they were greeted with a traditional arabic tea and dates to jump start the evening. 4 Seasons also organized a spectacular game – Hunt for Clues which had everyone going around the camp searching for their next gift. After the games, the guests were welcomed with a beautiful belly dancer that got everyone dancing to her hip shaking moves and tummy twirling bounce.
EDT
4 Seasons provided the sound and lighting to enliven the Staff Party and provided EDT with tons of entertainment for both kids and adults alike. A special game organizer ensured the adults were really on their feet and a spell bounding magician kept the kids engaged. It was a perfect outdoor staff party during the Winter season. The chills made everyone stay near the bonfire and when the Belly Dancer had made it into the limelight it really got things heated up.

The entire venue, theme, sound, lights, audio visuals, ice carvings etc were handled internally. 4 Seasons was also responsible for providing the MC and deejay for this auspicious event. RAK Global Logistics
The entire event was produced by 4 Seasons, providing the client with a beautiful balloon decor, entrance arc, deejay, sound and lights. The event was launched by Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammad al-Qassimi.
Grand Wedding
On the 27th the couple had flown down a 10piece band for the Indian rituals. 4 Seasons provided the sound, lights and decor for this auspicious day. Followed by a party in the evening just before the wedding – all they guests had participated in Dandiya. 28th – Jumeriah Beach Hotel – The (Traditional Indian) wedding was conducted at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel, where 4 Seasons once again provided the Sound and Lights. 29th – 4 Seasons provided a professional violinist that really touched the bride and the guests while she entered the Church. The entire reception thereafter was handled by 4 Seasons, who brought down an International 6 piece band from Dallas, Texas – Paul Salos and the Band (The Magic of Frank Sinatra). 4 Seasons handled the entire logistics for the band and provided the entire sound, light and staging. 4 Season Entertainment & Events conceptualized and organized this one of a kind event to bring in the Christmas season – an entire evening under Snow. Snow Ball 2006 had performances by the famous Big City Band, Dj Clay and other entertainers to compliment the evening.
The entire venue was decorated with a Snow theme at the Al Nasr Leisureland. There were lots of gifts to be won, on the Spot prized and a bunch of dancing competitions all segregated under different types of music genres.
